精品论文 参考文献 分析高血压脑出血开颅清除血肿清除术的麻醉处理 江苏省南京市六合区人民医院麻醉科 211500 【摘 要】目的：研讨麻醉处理在高血压脑出血患者的开颅清除血肿清除术中的运用效果。方法：回顾性试验与分析我院2012年10月至2016年3月收治的58例高血压脑出血患者资料，所选患者均接受开颅清除血肿清除术与相应的麻醉措施处理，评估患者的麻醉效果及安全情况。结果：58例患者均成功完成插管，麻醉处理中未发生严重并发症。麻醉诱导前、开颅时与术毕缝合头皮时，患者的HR各是（87.2plusmn;10.3）次/min、（86.8plusmn;8.0）次/min和（87.0plusmn;7.2）次/min，MAP各是（125.0plusmn;15.1）mmHg、（121.9plusmn;10.3）mmHg和（122.3plusmn;8.7）mmHg，不同时点的指标值比较差异均不大，统计学不成立（P＞0.05）。结论：开颅清除血肿清除术创伤较大，对麻醉效果有较高的要求，合理控制麻醉剂量、给药时间，对于保障手术成功至关重要。 【关键词】高血压脑出血；开颅清除血肿清除术；麻醉处理；效果 Analysis of anesthesia disposal in the operation of clearing craniotomy and removing hematoma of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage 【Abstract】 Objective：To study the application effect of anesthesia disposal on the operation of clearing craniotomy and removing hematoma of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage. Methods：From October in 2012 to March in 2016，58 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients were retrospectively analyzed，all the selected patients who underwent removal of hematoma removal of anesthesia measures and treatment to evaluate the anesthesia effect and safety of patients. Results：58 patients were successfully completed intubation，and there were no serious complications in anesthesia treatment. Before anesthesia induction，while craniotomy suturing the scalp，the patients HR was（87.2plusmn;10.3）times/min，（86.8plusmn;8.0）times/min and（87.0plusmn;7.2）times/min，and the MAP were（125.0plusmn;15.1）mmHg，（121.9plusmn;10.3）mmHg and（122.3plusmn;8.7）mmHg. The differences of index at different points to were little without statistics（P gt; 0.05）.
