精品论文 参考文献 前列栓联合穴位注射治疗慢性骨盆疼痛综合征的临床观察 蔡燕磊1 王继成1 孙自学2 邵世营3 1.郑州市第三人民医院 河南郑州 450000；2.河南省中医院 河南郑州 450000； 3.河南中医学院第三附属医院 河南郑州 450000 【摘 要】目的：观察前列栓联合穴位注射治疗慢性骨盆疼痛综合征的临床疗效；方法：采用随机、对照的研究方法，将慢性骨盆疼痛综合征湿热瘀阻证患者分为治疗组和对照组，最终对治疗组74例和对照组72例的资料进行统计分析。以前列栓直肠用药为对照组，观察前列栓联合穴位注射的临床疗效；结果：两组间NIH-CPSI总评分、NIH-CPSI疼痛不适评分、生活质量评分两组间治疗前后差异具有统计学意义，且治疗组优于对照组（P﹤0.05）；结论 前列栓联合穴位注射能改善骨盆疼痛综合征湿热瘀阻证患者的疼痛症状，改善生活质量，治疗效果确切。 【关键词】慢性骨盆疼痛综合征；湿热瘀阻证；前列栓；穴位注射 Qianlie suppository combined with Acupoint injection in the treatment of Clinical observation of chronic pelvic pain syndrome Cai Yanlei1，Wang jicheng1，Sun zixue2，Shao shiying3 1.The Third Peoples Hospital of Zhengzhou，Zhenghzou Henan China 450000 2.Henan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital，Zhenghzou Henan China 450000 3. Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine，Zhenghzou Henan China 450000 Abstract：objective：To observe the clinical effect of Qianlie suppository combined with Acupoint injection in the treatment of Clinical effect of chronic pelvic pain syndrome；Methods：The chronic pelvic pain syndrome patients were divided into treatment group and control group by random and control method，and the data of 72 cases and control group of 74 cases were statistically analyzed. Previously used as a control group for the treatment of Qianlie suppository，To observe the clinical effect of Qianlie suppository combined with Acupoint injection；Results：There was significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of NIH-CPSI score，NIH-CPSI pain score，quality of life score between the two groups，And the treatment group was better than the control group （P lt; 0.05）；Conclusion：Qianlie suppository combined with Acupoint injection can improve the symptoms of pain in patients with pelvic pain syndrome，improve the quality of life and the effect of treatment.
