The mobile phase was methanol and 0.1% glacial acetic acid（45: 55）, the detection wavelength was 350 nm, the injection volume was 20 mu;L with a flow-rate of 0.2 mLbull;min-1. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Analysis time was 10 min. results: The calibration curves of linear range of tricin was 0.0032～0.1002 mgbull;mL-1 (r=0.9998); the average recoveries was 100.68％ (RSD=2.02%). The content of tricin in malt from Anhui was highest and Guangdongrsquo;s was lowest. conclusion: There is a difference on tricin content in malts from different regions. 【Key words】Malt Tricin RP-HPLC Content determination 麦芽为大麦Hordeum vulgare L．的成熟果实经发芽干燥而得。在临床上生麦芽常用于健脾和胃、通乳[1]。麦芽主要含有alpha;--淀粉酶，beta;-淀粉酶，催化酶，过氧化异构酶，大麦芽碱大麦芽胍碱A、B，腺嘌呤，胆碱，蛋白质，氨基酸，维生素D、D、E，细胞色素C，白栝楼碱等。麦黄酮为麦芽中主要的黄酮类成分，研究表明麦黄酮具有改善小鼠的学习记忆[1]，抗氧化[2]，保护糖尿病动物的神经功能[3]，保护肾缺血[4] 等药理活性。市场上流通的麦芽的药效存在着差异，因此，本研究采用RP-HPLC 法比较市场上流通的不同产地麦芽的麦黄酮含量的差异，为比较麦芽的质量差异提供实验依据。 1 实验部分 1.1 仪器与试药 Agilent 1200型高效液相色谱仪，DAD检测器，四元泵，自动进样器，在线脱气系统。麦黄酮对照品购自上海康九化工有限责任公司（纯度 ge; 98%）。不同批次生麦芽由连云港市第二人民医院药库提供。甲醇冰醋酸为色谱醇(TEDIA); 水为乐百氏纯净水; 其余试剂为
