精品论文 参考文献 地屈孕酮治疗先兆流产保胎临床分析 殷祝美 　　（扬州洪泉医院 江苏 扬州 225000） 　　【摘要】 目的：分析地屈孕酮治疗先兆流产保胎临床效果。方法:选取我院2013年1月～2014年8月70例先兆流产孕妇为研究对象，按随机性均分为对照组和观察组，对照组采取肌肉注射20㎎黄体酮，持续注射至孕妇腹痛等症状消失；观察组采取口服40㎎地屈孕酮治疗，从第二次开始将剂量调整为10㎎，以12h为间隔，持续用药至孕妇腹痛等症状消失。结果：经观察可知，观察组中2例孕妇流产，33例孕妇保胎成功，成功率为94.3%；对照组中10例孕妇流畅，25例孕妇保胎成功，成功率为71.4%。两组结果差异明显，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在防止先兆流产的药物选择上，优先选择地屈孕酮，孕妇服用后，保胎成功率高，且操作简便，服用后无不良反应，值得在临床上推广使用。 　　【关键词】 先兆流产；地屈孕酮；黄体酮；临床效果 　　【中图分类号】R97 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）05-0035-02 　　Clinical analysis of bend progesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion spuc Yin ZhuMei. 　　HongQuan Hospital of Yangzhou City, Jiangsu , Yangzhou 225000, China 　　【Abstract】Objective To analysis the bending of progesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion spuc clinical effect. Methods From January 2013 to August 2014, 70 cases of threatened abortion of pregnant women as the research object, according to the randomness were divided into control group and observation group, control group take 20 ㎎ intramuscular progesterone, given to pregnant women abdominal pain and other symptoms disappear; Observation group 40㎎ to bend to take oral progestin treatment, from the second began to adjust the dose of 10 ㎎, at 12 h interval, the duration to the pregnant woman abdominal pain and other symptoms disappear. Results Through the observation, the observation group in 2 cases of pregnant women abortion, 33 cases of pregnant women spuc success, success rate is 94.3%; Control group of 10 cases of pregnant women is fluent, 25 cases of pregnant women spuc success, the success rate of 71.4%. The results are similar between the two groups, with statistical significance (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion To prevent the threatened abortion drug choice, give priority to selectively flexor progesterone, pregnant women, spuc high success rate, and easy operation, no bad reaction after taking, is worth popularizing in clinical use. 　　【Key words】Threatened abortion; Flexor progesteron
