精品论文 参考文献 地西泮与缩宫素联合应用影响产程进展的临床研究 吴桂玲 　　（重庆市万州区妇幼保健院产科 重庆 404000） 　　【摘要】目的:探讨地西泮与缩宫素联合应用对产程进展的影响。方法:对2014年1月至2015年2月期间来我院诊治的124例足月头位临产的初产妇入院资料进行分析，将其随机分为实验组和对照组，每组62例。对照组采用缩宫素催产，实验组采用地西泮联合缩宫素催产，比较两组宫口开全时间、新生儿Apgar评分及产后2小时出血量等指标。结果:实验组61例宫口开全时间＜2小时，1例宫口开全时间ge;2小时，由于对照组（43例宫口开全时间＜2小时，19例宫口开全时间ge;2小时）(Plt;0.01)；实验组7例新生儿Apgar评分小于7分，55例新生儿Apgar评分ge;8，和对照组相比差异不显著（54例新生儿Apgar评分ge;8）(Pgt;0.05)；实验组47例产后2h出血量＜300和对照组相比差异不显著（43例）(Pgt;0.05)。结论:地西泮与缩宫素联合应用能够有效的促进产妇宫颈口的扩张，对产妇缩短产程等具有重要的临床意义，值得推广使用。 　　【关键词】地西泮；缩宫素；联合应用；影响；产程 　　【中图分类号】R714 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）22-0259-02 　　Clinical studies diazepam and oxytocin combined impact of labor progress. Methods Take 124 cases of birth mothers from february 2014 to november 2015 in our hospital as research objects, and randomly dividided them into control group (oxytocin group) with 62 cases, and the observation group (diazepam in combination with oxytocin group) with 62 patients. Then compare the cervix time, neonatal Apgar score and two hours of postpartum hemorrhage of the two groups.Results The observation group of 61 cases of cervix time＜ 2 hours, 1 cases of cervix timege;2 hours; due to the control group of 43 cases of the cervix timege;2 hours, 19 cases of cervix timege;2 hours, P＜0.01, there are significant differences. 7 cases of the observation group Apgar score＜7, 55 cases of neonatal Apgar scorege;8; 54 cases of the control group Apgar scorege;8,P＞0.05; observation group of 47 patients postpartum hemorrhage 2 hours less than 300, and the control group of 43 patients postpartum hemorrhage 2 hours less than 300, P＞0.05. Compare with the groups ,there had no significant difference in Apgar score and postpartum hemorrhage.Conclusion Piazepam in combination with oxytocin could promote the expansion of mater
