精品论文 参考文献 外科护理教学中培养学生无菌观念的方法及效果 袁渊 　　（贵州省铜仁市铜仁职业技术学院护理学院 贵州 铜仁 554300） 　　【摘要】目的：研究外科护理教学中加强学生无菌观念的方法及效果。方法：选择我校2012级护理学专业三年制学生123人，按照班级分为对照组（n=64）和实验组（n=59）。对照组采用传统的教学方法，实验组进行教学方法改革。对比分析两组学生在2个月后对无菌原则的认识、学习兴趣及学生对教学方法的评价情况。结果：实验组学生对无菌原则的认识清楚率（83.05%）显著高于对照组（59.38%），两组比较差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。实验组学生学习兴趣良好率（98.31%）显著高于对照组（92.19%），实验组学生对教学方法的评价的良好率（98.31%）显著高于对照组（90.63%），两组比较差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：外科护理教学改革在加强学生无菌观念方面的培养效果显著，值得推广加强。 　　【关键词】外科护理教学；无菌观念；培养效果 　　【中图分类号】R47 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）10-0051-02 　　 The method and effect of training students result for aseptic concept in surgical nursing teaching 　　Yuan Yuan. Control group using traditional teaching methods, experimental teaching given with method reformed. Comparative analysis of two groups of students after 2 months, including the principle of sterile of understanding，learning interest，the evaluation of the teaching method. Results Rate of understand about aseptic principles, the experimental group (83.05%) is significantly higher than control group (59.38%), the difference was statistically significant (Plt;0.05). Good rate of interest in learning, the experimental group (98.31%) is significantly higher than control group (92.19%); Good rate to the evaluation of the teaching method, the experimental group (98.31%) is significantly higher than control group (90.63%), the difference was statistically significant (Plt;0.05). Conclusions Reform in teaching of surgical nursing has a significant effect on the cultivation of students aseptic concept, worthy of promotion. 　　【Key words】Surgical nursing teaching;
