2005-2016年河南省登革热流行回顾性分析 张勤 王海峰 苗丽 李新民 程大峰 王永亮 河南出入境检验检疫局 河南省疾病预防控制中心 X 关注成功！ 加关注后您将方便地在 我的关注中得到本文献的被引频次变化的通知！ 新浪微博 腾讯微博 人人网 开心网 豆瓣网 网易微博 摘????要： 目的 依据河南省登革热监测结果, 分析其流行病学特征, 探究出入境人员检验检疫防控对策。方法收集自2005年十二年以来的中国疾病预防控制信息系统上报的河南省输入性登革热发病监测结果, 进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 河南省共报告输入性登革热病例87例, 输入性病例81例, 本地感染病例6例;年龄以2050岁为主, 最小年龄2岁, 最大年龄为84岁;男女比例为1.56:1;输入来源地:东南亚、南亚、非洲等地区, 其中以东南亚地区为主要来源, 无本国内输入病例。感染病例的职业分布以农民、学生和商业服务为主。结论 河南省登革热流行以输入病例为主, 病理溯源证实疫情来源以东南亚地区染疫后输入河南省;本地感染病例来源于国外疫源地归国人员感染后携带病毒入境导致的二代感染。十二年连续监测结果表明:河南省输入性登革热随归国人员传入风险持续存在。应完善输入性登革热疫情预警监测建立, 防止输入性登革热疫情暴发。 关键词： 输入性登革热; 河南省; 流行病学描述; 作者简介：张勤, 从事出入境人员检验检疫和疾病控制工作 作者简介：王永亮, E-mail:wyongliang@163.com 收稿日期：2016-06-10 A retrospective analysis of imported dengue fever epidemic in Henan in 2005-2016 ZHANG Qin WANG Haifeng MAO Li LI Xinmin CHENG Dafeng WANG Yongliang Henan Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau; Abstract： Objective On the basis of imported dengue fever surveillance data of Henan province, to analyze the epidemiological characteristics, research imported factors from abroad, explore the countermeasures of prevention and control of entry-exit personnel, inspection and quarantine. Methods To collect the surveillance data during past 12 years from the National notifiable disease reporting system about Henan province imported dengue disease surveillance data, to get epidemiological descriptive analysis. Results During the past 12 years in Henan province, a total of87 cases of imported dengue cases were reported, which included about imported cases 81 cases, local infection 6 cases. Age distribution is focused on 20 to 50 years old, with minimum age 2 years old as well as biggest age 84 years old.The male and female ratio is 1.56 :1. The imported source of dengue is that of southeast Asia, South Asia, Africa and other regions, including southeast Asia as the main source, no the domestic imported cases. The professional distribution of infection is given priority to with farmers, students and business services. C
