Then, the innovation performance of high-tech industry in different provinces and cities is measured. On this basis, combined with the regional synergies of technological innovation, the method of spatial measurement is introduced to study the effect of financial development on the innovation performance of high-tech industry. It is found that the realization of scientific and technological research and development has a positive positive effect on the realization of economic achievements. The financial development has a positive effect on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in high-tech industry. On the basis of technological innovation, implementation also has a positive role in promoting. Therefore, the financial development can effectively promote the innovation performance of high-tech industry, based on this, summed up the technical innovation to improve the performance of hightech industry policy recommendations.
