第 25卷第 12期 中 国 矿 业 Vo1．25，No．12 2016年 12月 CHINA M INING MAGAZINE DeC． 20I6 浅谈矽卡岩铜矿床特征及其难选矿石浮选技术 徐 涛 (中国铜业有限公司，北京 100082) 摘 要 ：本文重点阐述 了矽卡岩铜矿矿床成因和矿床特征、难选矽卡岩铜矿 的工艺矿物学特点和难 选矽卡岩铜矿 的浮选技术 。指出应加强研究矿床学理论与选矿学理论 的内在联系，尤其是将矿床物理化 学特征与浮选理论相结合 ，对于浮选工艺流程制定具有重要 的宏观指导意义。矽卡岩铜矿床相 比其他铜 矿床类型而言，矿体连续性差，矿物组成成分复杂，杂质元素较多，脉石矿物对于浮选的影响较大，且有中 细粒嵌布结构，总体上相对难选一些 。针对难选矽卡岩铜矿 ，浮选研究中应重点考虑磨矿流程 的制定、铜 硫分离、铜与易浮脉石分离等问题。 关键词：矽卡岩铜矿床；矿床特征；磨矿 ；铜硫分离；易浮脉石 中图分类号：TD923 文献标识码 ：A 文章编号：1004—4051(2016)12-0106—06 Briefdiscussionon characteristicsofskarn copperdepositsandflotation techniquesofcomplexskarncopperore XU Tao (ChinaCopperCorporationLimited，Beijing100082，China) Abstract：InChina，itisvery importanttOresearchanddeveloptheskarncopperdeposits．Themain contentsofthispaperincludethegenesisanddepositcharacteristicsofskarncopperdeposits，theprocess mineralogycharacteristicsofcomplexskarn copperoreandflotation technologyofcomplexskarn copper ore．Thepaperpointsoutthattheresearchofinterre1ationshipbetweenthetheoryoforedepositandthe theoryofmineralprocessingshouldbestrengthened，especiallythecombinationofthephysicalandchemical characte“sticsoforedepositandflotationtheory，whichhasimportantmacroscopicguidingsignificancefor flotationprocess．Comparedwithothertypesofcopperdeposits，skarncopperdepositsarecharacterizedby poor continuity， complex m ineralcomposition， impurity elements and the fine grained disseminated structure，and gangue minerals have a greater influence on flotation． Therefore，skarn coppe
