精品论文 参考文献 妊娠期糖尿病的诊治体会 陶红 　　（新疆库尔勒市妇幼保健院妇产科 新疆 巴音郭楞 841000） 　　【摘要】 目的：了解对妊娠期糖尿病患者的临床诊断和治疗方案。方法：纳入在2013年～2015年期间于本院诊治妊娠期糖尿病患者50例为本次研究对象，对其相关临床资料应用回顾性方法做归纳分析，总结对此类患者的诊断标准和治疗方法。结果：治疗干预后，患者空腹血糖为6.1plusmn;1.6mmol/L，餐后2h血糖为8.5plusmn;1.5mmol/L。患者围生期并发症出现情况如下：3例发生产后出血、2例存在羊水过多、2例存在产褥感染、15例产妇选择剖宫产分娩方式。新生儿围生期并发症出现情况如下：1例为早产儿、1例为巨大儿，无发生胎儿畸形、新生儿窒息情况。结论：对妊娠期糖尿病患者需要做到及时准确的临床判断，在早期制定针对性综合治疗干预，全面保障产妇及其胎儿生理、心理的健康，通过控制改善各项临床指标确保母婴妊娠结局安全。 　　【关键词】 妊娠期糖尿病；诊治；临床体会 　　【中图分类号】R587.1 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）17-0037-02 　　Diagnosis and treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus Tao Hong. 　　Maternal and Child health Care hospital of Korla City, Xinjiang, Bayinguoleng 841000, China 　　【Abstract】Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods Choose from 2013 to 2015 in our hospital for treatment of pregnancy with gestational diabetes in 50 cases as the research object, the relevant clinical data application review method to do inductive analysis, summary of such patients diagnostic criteria and treatment methods. Results After treatment, the fasting blood glucose of the patients was 6.1 + 1.6mmol/L, and the postprandial 2H blood glucose was 8.5 + 1.5mmol/L. Patients with peri complications appeared as follows: 3 cases of production after hemorrhage, 2 cases with polyhydramnios, 2 cases exist puerperal infection, 15 cases of women choosing cesarean section delivery way. Neonatal perinatal complications were as follows: 1 cases of premature infants, 1 cases of fetal malformation, no occurrence of fetal malformations, neonatal asphyxia. Conclusion Gestational diabetes patients need to do timely and accurate clinical judgment, in the early formulation for therapeutic intervention, comprehensive protection for maternal and fetal physiological and psychological health, through the control to improve the clinical indicators to ensure maternal pregnancy safety outcome. 　　【Key words】Gestati
