精品论文 参考文献 妊娠高血压疾病患者应用Roy适应模式对身心状况的影响 孙冬冬(商丘市第一人民医院产二科 河南商丘 476100) 　　[摘要] 目的:探讨妊娠高血压疾病患者应用Roy适应模式对其身心状况的影响。方法:选取2015年2月至2016年1月我院收治的60例妊娠高血压疾病患者，随机分为两组，各30例。对照组患者使用常规护理，Roy适应模式组在常规护理的基础上实施Roy适应模式护理。使用焦虑自评量表（SAS）评估两组患者的心理状况，使用生活质量评价量表评估两组患者护理干预前后的生活质量。结果:护理干预后，对照组患者SAS评分高于Roy适应模式组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；护理干预后，对照组生活质量评价量表的评分低于Roy适应模式组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论:妊娠高血压疾病患者应用Roy使用模式进行护理，可提高患者的生活质量，缓解患者的心理状态，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] Roy适应模式；妊娠高血压疾病；身心状况 　　Application of gestational hypertension patients Roy adaptation models on the physical and mental condition 　　Sun Dongdong (Shangqiu First Peoples Hospital of production Second Department Shangqiu 476100) 　　[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the pregnancy induced hypertension application Roy Adaptation Model impact on their physical and mental conditions. Methods: February 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital 60 cases of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases each. Usual care control group patients, Roy adaptation model in the usual care group on the basis of the implementation of Roy adaptation model of care. Use Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) assess the psychological status of the two groups of patients, the use of quality of life rating scale to assess the quality of life of two groups of patients before and after nursing intervention. Results: After nursing intervention, the control group of patients SAS score is above Roy adaptation model group, the difference was statistically significant (P lt;0.05); after nursing intervention group Quality of Life Assessment Scale score less than Roy adaptation model group, the difference there was statistically significant (P lt;0.05).
