精品论文 参考文献 婴幼儿视网膜母细胞瘤24例临床病理特点 泉州市妇幼保健院 儿童医院 【摘 要】目的 探析儿童视网膜母细胞瘤的临床病理特点。方法 采用回顾性分析的方法，将2013年07月-2016年10月于我院接受治疗的24例患有视网膜母细胞瘤的患儿选取为观察分析的对象，观察分析所有患儿的病症特征、肿瘤细胞的侵犯范围、肿瘤细胞的存活情况以及晶状体等眼内组织结构的变化情况。结果 24例患儿中有6例（25%）患儿显示为眼环内的密度组织呈现不均匀或均匀肿块，肿块的边界不清晰，大小不一，眼环局部出现增厚现象；有6例（25%）患儿为肿块呈现可见斑块状或斑点状；有9（37.50%）例患儿为视网膜脱落，并呈现为视盘“V”状；有3（12.50%）例患儿为肿物向眼眶内大幅度蔓延。临床特征为出现白瞳症，组织学表现：肿瘤细胞由核深染的小圆细胞（胞浆稀少）构成，多数患儿还出现瘤细胞菊形团状结构。结论 儿童视网膜母细胞瘤对患儿的健康以及成长均具有重要的影响，因此应重视儿童的眼球萎缩、白瞳症并伴眼红等临床症状，一旦发现，应及时予以治疗，做好早期的筛查诊断工作，提高患儿的生存质量。 【关键词】儿童；视网膜母细胞瘤；病理特点 Clinical and pathological features of 24 cases of infantile retinal mother cell tumor [Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical and pathological features of retinoblastoma in children.Methods Retrospective analysis，October 2013 07 months -2016 years in our hospital for treatment of 24 cases with retinoblastoma were selected as the object of observation and analysis，observation and analysis of the characteristics of children with the disease，tumor cells the scope of violations，the changes of tumor cell survival and lens intraocular tissue.Results in 24 cases，6 cases（25%）were shown as the eye tissue within the ring density showed homogeneous or inhomogeneous mass，mass boundary is not clear，the size of a ringThe emergence of local thickening；6 cases（25%）were visible mass showed patchy or mottled；9（37.50%）cases of retinal detachment，optic disc and present a V shape；3（12.50%）cases of tumor to large range of orbital spread.The clinical features were white pupil in histology：cells from the nucleus anachromasis small cell（little cytoplasm）.Most of the patients also appeared in tumor cells rosette like structure.The conclusion of retinoblastoma in children on childrens health and growth are of great influence，so we should pay attention to the childs eye atrophy，leukokoria accompanied by redness and other proBed symptoms，once found，should be treated in a timely manner，do a good job in early screening and diagnosis，improve the quality of life of patie
