精品论文 参考文献 子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤的疗效及安全性 杜敏 （四川司法警官总医院妇科 四川 成都 610000） 　　【摘要】目的：探究对子宫黏膜下肌瘤使用子宫动脉栓塞治疗的疗效。方法：随机抽取在2012年1月～2015年1月于我科室治疗剖子宫粘膜肌瘤的病例88例，将其分为治疗组和对照组两组，每组44例，两组分别使用子宫动脉栓塞和宫腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术治疗。术后进行随访，对治疗后的效果及相关指标进行测评。结果：治疗组有效率、并发症与对照组相当（Pgt;0.05），两组均无严重并发症，但复发率明显低于对照组（Plt;0.05），具有显著性差异。经治疗后，治疗组月经量、贫血情况均明显改善。结论：子宫动脉栓塞术能有效治疗子宫粘膜下肌瘤，减少月经量，改善贫血情况，相比于宫腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术复发率更低，值得推广。 　　【关键词】疗效；子宫粘膜下肌瘤；子宫动脉栓塞 　　【中图分类号】R730.5 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）27-0047-02 　　Uterine artery embolization efficacy and safety for the treatment of uterine submucous myoma 　　Du Min. Methods Randomly selected from January 2012 to January 2015 in my department to treat cases of mucous membrane of uterine myoma, 88 cases, it can be divided into the treatment group and control group in the two groups, each group of 44 cases, two groups, respectively, the use of uterine artery embolization and treating hysteromyoma resection under hysteroscopy. Postoperative follow-up, the effect and benefit after treatment and related indicators to measure. Results The treatment group effectiveness, complications, and was equal to that of control group (P gt; 0.05), there were no serious complications in both groups, but the recurrence rate significantly lower than the control group (P lt; 0.05), with significant difference. After treatment, the treatment group menstrual quantity, anemia were significantly improved. Conclusion Uterine artery embolization is an effective treatment of submucosal uterine fibroids, reduce menstrual quantity, improve anemia, compared with hysteromyoma resection under hysteroscopy recurrence rates are lower, is worth promoting. 　　【Key words】 Curative effect; Submucosal uterine fibroids;Uterine artery embolization 　　子宫粘
