精品论文 参考文献 丹红注射液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者IL-8、TNF-α影响 刘忠1刘馨2* (1. 辽宁医学院附属第一医院呼吸内科锦州121001； 2*. 辽宁医学院附属第一医院检验科锦州121001) 通讯作者简介：刘馨(1977-),男,医学硕士,主管检验师,主要研究方向:生物化学与分子生物学。 【摘要】目的：观察丹红注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者白细胞介素-8（IL-8）和肿瘤坏死因子-alpha;（TNF-alpha;）的影响。 方法：将96例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者随机分为治疗组(50例)和对照组(46例)，两组均给予常规对症治疗(吸氧、化痰、平喘、抗感染等)，治疗组在上述基础上加用丹红注射液40ml+0.9％氯化钠注射液250ml静滴，1次/d，疗程14d。观察两组患者症状体征、血气分析及肺功能指标的变化，同时检测两组患者血清IL-8和TNF-alpha;水平的变化。结果：治疗组临床疗效的总有效率优于对照组（Plt;0.05)；治疗组血清中IL-8和TNF-alpha;浓度较对照组下降，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05或Plt;0.01）。 结论：丹红注射液可降低COPD急性加重期血清中IL-8和TNF-alpha;浓度，抑制炎症细胞生成，对COPD气道炎症具有明显的抑制作用。 【关键词】丹红注射液；慢性阻塞性肺疾病；白细胞介素-8；肿瘤坏死因子-alpha; 【中图分类号】R563.9【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1008-6455（2010）08-0115-02Efect of Danhong Injection on the expression of Interleukin-8 and Tumor necrosis factor-alpha; in Acute Exacerbations of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients Liu Zhong1Liu Xin2* 【Abstract】Objective：To observe the effect of Danhong injection on the expression of Interleukin-8 (IL-8) and Tumor necrosis factor-alpha; (TNF-alpha;) in the serum of Acute Exacerbations of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) patients. Methods：96 AECOPD patients were randomly divided into 2 groups: 46 cases in the control group and 50 cases in the treatment group, both groups were treated with common western medical treatment. Only patients in the treatment group were injected with 40ml Danhong injection everyday for 14 days. results of observation showed difierences of the treatment group from the control group. IL-8 and TNF-alpha;in the serum in each group were detected. Results：Total efficiency in treatment group is better than that in control group (Plt;0.05 )；After treatment with Danhong injection. The level of IL-8 and TNF-alpha;of treatment group were lower than that before in treatment or control group (Plt;0.05 or Plt;0.01).
