精品论文 参考文献 宫缩乏力性产后出血运用改良式子宫背带式缝合术处理的效果观察朱红仙 郫县妇幼保健院 四川成都 610000 【摘 要】目的：探讨宫缩乏力性产后出血运用改良式子宫背带式缝合术效果。方法：研究我院2013年1月至2015年12月期间收治的60例宫缩乏力产后出血患者，分为对照组和观察组各30例，其中对照组运用保守治疗，观察组运用改良式子宫背带式缝合术，分析两组患者治疗效果差异。结果：在手术时长、产后出血量、输血量上，观察组均少于对照组，两组差异具有统计学意义，plt;0.05；在子宫切除率上，观察组为0%，对照组为16.67%，两组差异具有统计学意义，plt;0.05；在产褥病率上，观察组为3.33%，对照组为10%，两组差异具有统计学意义，plt;0.05。结论：宫缩乏力性产后出血运用改良式子宫背带式缝合术具有操作简单，止血迅速可靠，且能保留子宫等优点是治疗剖宫产产后出血行之有效的止血方法。 【关键词】宫缩乏力性产后出血；改良式子宫背带式缝合术；治疗效果 [Abstract]Objective：To investigate the effect of uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage with modified uterine parceled suture effect.Methods：in our hospital from 2013 during January to December 2015 from 60 cases of uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage were divided into control group and observation group，30 cases in each group.The control group were treated with conservative treatment，the observation group using the modified uterine parceled suture，the difference in curative effect between the two groups of patients were analyzed.Results：at the time of surgery，postpartum hemorrhage volume，blood transfusion volume，the observation group were less than that of the control group，the difference between the two groups has statistical significance，P lt; 0.05；the rate of hysterectomy，the observation group was 0%，control group was 16.67%，two groups of difference was statistically significant，P lt; 0.05；in puerperal morbidity，the observation group was 3.33%，control group was 10%，two groups of difference was statistically significant，P lt; 0.05.Conclusion：uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage by using the modified uterine parceled suture has the advantages of simple operation，fast and reliable hemostasis and retain the advantages of the uterus is the treatment of cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage effective hemostatic method.
