It affects to the elementary students spiritual world and values, have own quiet effect. Therefore, efforts to build up healthy primary class culture, has becomes more and more important for the general education workers. In this paper, through the literature review method, the concept of primary class culture is defined. Through the survey found that rural primary school class culture construction consider revising the following problems: lack of class material culture construction characteristic, class activities create formal class, class system culture construction lack of democracy, and the unbalance of spiritual culture construction is the lack of systematic, class culture construction. To solve above problems, this article from the perspective of teachers, students, social cause analysis, and respectively from the material, system, behavior, spirit culture four aspects proposes the solution strategy, in order to improve the rural primary school class culture construction myth and deficiencies, improve the validity of the construction of the rural primary school class culture.
