眼科研究 2009年 11月第 27卷第 11期 -1O19 · 临 床 研 究 · 抗磷脂抗体及凝血因子Ⅻ缺乏与视网膜静脉阻塞 的相关研究 孙红 晶 李毓敏 The correlation ofantiph0sphOlipid antibody and factor XII deficiency in patientswith retinalvein occlusion SunHongjing，LiYumin．DepartmentofOphthalmology，ChineseMedicineHospitalinZhejiangProvince， Hangzhou310006，China Abstract Objective Antiph0spholipidantibodyandfactorⅫ deficiencyareamongthecoagulationdisordersthathave beenimplicated in many thrombembolic events．The aim ofthis study was to investigate the prevalence ofan“ph0。pholipid antibodiesandfactorX]Ideficiencyinpatientswithretinalveinocclusion(RVO)． Methods Theinvestigationwasacase controlstudy．Theperipherybloodwascollectedfrom a coho~ of33consecutivepatientswith RVO and30 age—andgender— matchednormalsubjects．Anticardiolipinantibody(ACA)wasdetectedbyELISA asbindingindex(BI)=Avalue／standardA value．ThelupusanticoagulantantibodywasexaminedbyAPTT testand theactivityoffactorXI1wasdetected．Thisstudywas approvedbyTheHuman Research EthicsCommitteeofthishospital，and written informed consentwasobtained rfom allthe snbjectsbeforeinitiationofanystudyprotoco1． Results ThetotalpositiverateofAPA inRVOgroupwas24．24％ (8／33)， showingainsignificantdifferenceincomparisonwith controlgroup(6．67％，2／30) (P =0．085)．Thepositiverateof antieardiolipinantibodyinRVOgroupwas18．18％ (6／33)，presentinganobviousenhanceincontrolgroup(P=0．025)．Three patientsinRVO group disclosedpositiveresponseforIgG—antieardiolipin antibody，onepatientforIgM—antieardiolipin antibody， twopatientsofrboth isotypes IgG and IgM antieardiolipin antibodies，and two patientsrevealed positive reaction for lupus anticoagulantantibody．The presence oflupus anticoagulantantibody among the patientswith ≤ 50 yearsand 50 yearswas similartothati
