精品论文 参考文献 对扩张性心肌病患者心理护理干预效果分析 哈尔滨市中医医院 黑龙江哈尔滨 150076 【摘 要】目的：探究对扩张性心肌病患者心理护理干预的临床效果。方法：69例3次以上住院的扩张性心肌病患者入院2天内进行焦虑（SAS）、抑郁（SDS）首次评分后，分成观察组、干预组。对观察组予常规的护理，对干预组患者在常规护理同时进行护理心理干预，各组2周后再次进行测评。护理心理干预是通过交谈评估患者的心理反应，配合实施合理情绪疗法及放松技巧，加强疾病的健康指导，消除患者的思想顾虑及紧张心理，避免恶性刺激加重病情，通过两组的前后比较。结果：护理干预后患者SAS、SDS评分均改善（Plt;0.001和Plt;0.005）。结论：对扩张性心肌病患者采用心理护理干预，能够有效缓解患者的抑郁情况，减少患者 的紧张情绪，帮助患者的病情更快更好地恢复，值得临床推广。 【关键词】扩张性心肌病；心理护理干预；临床效果 Effect of psychological nursing intervention on patients with dilated cardiomyopathy Abstract：Objective：To explore the clinical effect of psychological nursing intervention in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.Methods：Sixty - nine patients with dilated cardiomyopathy who were hospitalized for more than 3 times were divided into observation group and intervention group after 2 - day hospitalization of anxiety（SAS）and depression（SDS）.The patients in the intervention group were treated with routine nursing and the psychological intervention was carried out in the observation group.The patients in the treatment group were evaluated again after 2 weeks.Nursing psychological intervention is to assess the psychological response of patients through conversation，with the implementation of rational emotional therapy and relaxation techniques to enhance the health of the disease guidance to eliminate the patients ideological concerns and anxiety，to avoid aggravating the condition of malignant stimulation through the two groups before and after comparison.RESULTS：SAS and SDS scores improved after nursing intervention（P lt;0.001 and P lt;0.005）.Conclusion：Psychological nursing intervention can effectively alleviate depression in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy，reduce the tension of patients and help the patients recover faster and better.It has high medical significance and worthy of clinical popularization.
