精品论文 参考文献 尿液分析仪检测尿蛋白与尿微量白蛋白测定结果比对分析 朱清红 付红霞 邵 玲 　　湖北医药学院附属太和医院 湖北十堰 442000 　　【摘 要】目的：对尿液分析仪检测尿蛋白与尿微量白蛋白测定结果进行探讨与分析。方法：随机抽取我院在我科收治的患者260例，对患者的新鲜尿液标本中的尿微量白蛋白，分别用尿蛋白检测和免疫透射比浊法进行检测，并对检测结果进行对比和分析。结果：在检测的样本中，由于敏感度的不同，尿液分析仪阳性率很低，并且其阳性结果中存假阳性现象。这两种方法之间差异有统计学意义（plt;0.05）。结论：尿微量白蛋白测定与尿液分析仪检测尿蛋白测定进行比较，尿微量白蛋白测定尿蛋白结果更加准确，特异性也更强，反应更加灵敏，为临床疾病糖尿病、肾病、高血压等病的早期诊断提供了非常可靠的依据，更具有临床意义。 　　【关键词】尿液分析仪；尿蛋白；尿微量白蛋白 　　【中图分类号】R446 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1674-8999（2015）8-0084-02 　　 The comparison analysis of detection of urine protein and urine trace albumin urine analyzer in determination results 　　Zhu qing-hong Fu hong-xia Shao Ling 　　（Taihe Affiliated Hospital of Hubei Medical College, Hubei 442000,Shiyan,China） 　　【Abstract】Objectives: To discusse and analyze the detection of urine protein and urine trace albumin urine analyzer determination results .
