精品论文 参考文献 巨幼细胞贫血62例临床治疗及疗效分析 纪国超 （河南省濮阳市人民医院血液科 河南濮阳 457000） 【中图分类号】R446.1【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085（2012）28-0223-02 【摘要】目的 探讨巨幼细胞贫血的临床治疗及疗效分析。方法 回顾性分析2011年10月至2012年2月入我院治疗的62例巨幼细胞贫血患者的临床资料，对其进行治疗后，观察和统计分析其临床治疗效果。结果 根据患者贫血类型不同，给予所有患者针对性治疗，分别给予维生素B12或叶酸适当剂量的治疗,对于合并缺铁患者同时给予铁剂治疗。治疗后仅有1例患者症状出现加重现象,主要表现为步行障碍和平衡失调；其它绝大多数（98.4%）患者的贫血症状得到改善、无肢体麻木现象、舌痛现象消失、舌炎获得治愈、明显改善了患者的心肌缺血症状；患者的Hb值在平均22.5天的治疗后恢复至正常；WBC值在平均14.5天的治疗后恢复至正常；PLT值在平均12.5天的治疗后恢复至正常；MCV值在平均27.5天的治疗后恢复至正常。结论 正确认识巨幼细胞贫血的早期症状，做到尽早诊断和尽早有效治疗。根据病情不同对患者进行叶酸或维生素B12治疗剂量的正规治疗,可明显改善患者的临床症状,血象各项指标能够得到快速恢复,且预后较好。在治疗过程中应注意饮食结构的合理调整，以补充患者体内所缺乏的物质。 【关键词】巨幼细胞贫血 治疗 疗效分析 【Abstract】Objective To observe the clinical treatment and curative effect analysis of megaloblastic anemia. Methods: The clinical data of 62 patients with megaloblastic anemia treated in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical therapeutic effect was observed and analyzed statistically after treatment. Results:According to different types of patients with anemia，all patients were given a targeted treatment. The treatment of vitamin B12 or folate appropriate doses were given respectively，and iron therapy was given to patients with iron deficiency at the same time. Only 1 patient had the symptom of increasing phenomenon，which showed walking impairment and balance disorders mainly. As for the other patients（98.4%)，the symptoms of anemia improved， there was no limbs numb phenomenon，glossodynia phenomenon disappeared，glossitis cured and the symptoms of myocardial ischemia improved significantly. The Hb value of patients returned to normal at a mean of 22.5 days after treatment，the WBC value returned to normal at a mean of 14.5 days after treatment，the PLT value returned to normal at a mean of 12.5 days after treatment，and the MCV value returned to normal at a mean of 27.5 days after treatment.
