毕 业 论 文（设 计） 题目： 微型车辆变速箱设计 （英文）：The Design of Transmission Gear Box for Mini Vehicle 院 别： 机电学院 专 业： 机械设计制造及其自动化 （汽车工程） 姓 名： 学 号： 指导教师： 日 期： 微型车辆变速箱设计 摘 要 世界环境的不断恶化以及石油的不断消耗殆尽使得变速器的开发应用变得更为重要。目前,从现在市场上不同车型所配置的变速器来看，主要分为：手动变速器（MT）、自动变速器（AT）、手动/自动变速器（AMT）、无级变速器（CVT）,它们都各有各的优缺点。随着生活水平的不断提高现在轿车已经逐渐地进入了家庭，对于普通工薪阶层的老百姓来说，经济型轿车最为合适，手动变速器以其自身的性价比配套于经济型轿车厂家，而且经济适用型轿车的销量一直在车市名列前茅。 笔者在本次设计中，使该手动变速器保持了传统变速器结构简单、使用可靠等优点，并选择了较小扭矩的发动机，通过正确选择变速器的挡位数和传动比，使之与发动机参数优化匹配，保证该汽车具有良好的动力性与经济性。然后确定齿轮的相关尺寸以及校核齿轮的强度、刚度。接着对轴进行强度、刚度校核，对轴承的寿命进行了验算。最后达到了制造容易、成本低廉、维修方便、使用寿命长等要求。 本设计符合微型车辆变速器的发展要求，具有一定的市场效应。 关键字：微型车辆；经济型；手动变速器；设计 The Design of Transmission Gear Box for Mini Vehicle Abstract The world environment is continuing worsening and the oil would be consumed , so the research and development of transmission gear box is more and more important. At present, the different mini vehicle models of configuring transmission gear box in the market mainly divided into four types: Manual Ttransmission (MT) ,Aautomatic Ttransmission (AT), Aautomatic and Mmanual Ttransmission (AMT) and Constant-Voltage Transformer (CVT), they have the advantages and disadvantages comparing with each other. With the continuous improvement of living standard , now cars have entered the usual family. To the ordinary common people of working-class, the economy-car is the most appropriate. With its own cost-effective performance, manual transmission gear box is matching in the economy-car factory, and the sale of the applicable economy cars is on the top of the cars market. The author which designing this manual transmission gear box keeps the advantages of traditional transmission gear box’s structure with simpleness , trustiness, and chooses the lesser torque motor.Choosing the correct transmission gears to match the
