精品论文 参考文献 延边地区森林脑炎临床病例分析 林脑炎的早期表现，为临床诊治及判断预后提供理论依据。【方法】：回顾性地研究延边地区40例森林脑炎的年龄、发病时间、临床表现及辅助检查。【结果】：临床分析显示：1、癫痫的发生与重型森林脑炎的发生有关。2、早期患者是否出现颈肌无力的症状与病情严重程度相关。3、40例患者中，36例患者有不同程度的肌酐降低，与血肌酐的正常下限值75umol/L相比，中、重两组的肌酐值较正常值均偏低，结果有统计学意义。【结论】：对于临床症状已提示预后不良的患者应早期引起重视，给予必要生命支持措施，并向家属交代。对于森林脑炎高发地区来说，应做好当地生态环境的保护，在疾病高发季节减少旅游项目，并应早期开展对林区工作人员的卫生宣传教育，普及疫苗接种大有裨益。 关键词：森林脑炎；延边地区；临床分析 Abstract：Objective：To study the clinical characteristics of forest encephalitis in yanbian area，in order to make an early detection of early performance which belong to the heavy forest encephalitis，so that it can provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment and judging prognosis.Methods：Through retrospective analysis on forest encephalitis in yanbian area，the patient，s age，disease time，clinical manifestations and auxiliary examination were carefully studied.Results：The clinical analysis showed that：1.The occurrence of epilepsy associated with the occurrence of heavy forest encephalitis.2.Whether the symptoms of neck muscle weakness occur in the early time associated with disease severity.3.In forty patients，36 patients had different degrees of creatinine decrease，compared with lower limit 75umol/L of normal serum creatinine，medium and serious groups of creatinine are lower than normal，the results have statistical significance.Conclusion：We should take more attention to the patient who have the clinical symptoms that have predicted unfavourable prognosis，at the same time，we should give them nessary supportive measures to save their life and explain the patient，s condition to the family members.We should do well in the protection of the local ecological environment in the high-risk areas of forest encephalitis，we can also reduce the tourism project in the season with a high incidence of the disease，by the same time，we should make an development of propaganda and education to the forest workers.We believe that it is benefit to popularize vaccination.
