The results showed that there existed C stress concentration. FEA and test were separately conducted to obtain the natural frequencies and vibration modes of four orders in freedom condition of the frame, the results showed that the frequency of the low order 模 was small and front deformation of the frame was large. After analyzing the frame performance and the test data, the structural defi ciencies of the frame were identifi ed, which offered references for optimization design 凯 and improvement of the frame.
