精品论文 参考文献 护理干预对宫颈癌患者介入治疗术前焦虑抑郁变化的影响分析 黄封琴 　　（江阴市人民医院妇科东五区 江苏 江阴 214400） 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨护理干预对宫颈癌介入治疗术前患者焦虑、郁抑水平的影响。方法：将51例拟行宫颈癌介入治疗的患者按照随机量表随机分为2组，对照组25例采用以健康教育为主的常规护理，研究组26例在常规护理基础上进行患者情绪状态评估、疾病认知干预、情绪调节干预和术前紧张行为调解干预四个方面的系统化心理护理干预，对2组患者术前干预前后的焦虑、抑郁情况进行评估并比较分析评估数据。结果：研究组经过心理干预后术前焦虑、抑郁评分较对照组常规护理干预后的术前评分明显降低，两者之间有显著的统计学差异(P＜0.01)。结论：心理护理干预可缓解宫颈癌介入治疗患者的术前焦虑、抑郁程度，有助于患者身心康复。 　　【关键词】 护理干预；宫颈癌；子宫动脉；焦虑 　　【中图分类号】R473.73 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）28-0013-03 　　Nursing intervention in patients with cervical cancer intervention preoperative anxiety depression change impact analysis 　　Huang Fengqin.
