精品论文 参考文献 护理干预对急性闭角型青光眼患者眼压及负性情绪的影响 刘彩凤（商丘市第一人民医院护理部 河南商丘 476100） 　　【摘要】目的：研究护理干预对急性闭角型青光眼患者眼压及负性情绪的改善效果。方法：选取我院收治的60 例急性闭角型青光眼患者进行研究，随机分为实验组和对照组，各30 例，给予对照组患者常规青光眼疾病护理及降眼压药物治疗，实验组患者在此基础上给予护理干预措施。比较两组患者眼压及负性情绪改善效果。结果：护理治疗后两组患者眼压及负性情绪均得到明显改善，且实验组改善效果优于对照组，差异显著（P ＜ 0.05）。结论：给予急性闭角型青光眼患者护理干预可使患者的眼压得到明显控制，能减轻或消除其负性情绪，利于患者康复。 　　【关键词】护理干预；急性闭角型青光眼；眼压；负面情绪【中图分类号】 R2 【文献标号】 A 【文章编号】 2095-9753（2016）5-0026-02Influence of nursing intervention on acute closed angle glaucoma and intraocular pressure in patients with negative emotionsLiu Caifeng (Nursing Department of Shangqiu First Peoples Hospital Henan Shangqiu 476100)Abstract: Objective: To study the nursing intervention of acute closed angle glaucoma and intraocular pressure in patients withnegative emotion effect.
