精品论文 参考文献 护理干预对老年心绞痛患者心理状态的影响 楚艳华 孟欣荣 潘婷婷 袁冰 楚艳华 孟欣荣 潘婷婷 袁冰 　　（河南省漯河市漯河医专二附院 河南漯河 462300） 　　【摘要】目的：本文就护理干预对老年心绞痛患者心理状态的影响进行分析与探讨。方法：选择我院自2013年2月至2015年3月期间收治的老年心绞痛患者74例，按照就诊先后顺序将其平均分为两组，每组患者37例，接受常规护理的老年患者设为对照组，接受护理干预的老年患者设为实验组，比较两组老年患者护理前后的心理状态。结果：实验组患者采用护理干预后，焦虑评分以及抑郁评分明显低于对照组，组间比较后，存在显著性差异，P＜0.05。结论：在老年心绞痛患者中实施护理干预，可以有效改善患者的心理状态，提高治疗的依从性，具有临床应用价值。 　　【关键词】护理干预；老年；心绞痛；心理状态 　　【中图分类号】R471 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1007-8231（2015）07-0191-02 　　【Abstract】Objective In this paper, the influence of nursing intervention on elderly patients with angina pectoris psychological state were analyzed and discussed. Methods From February 2013 to March 2015 elderly patients with angina pectoris treated 74 cases, according to the doctor order will be divided into two groups, each group of 37 cases of patients, for routine nursing care of elderly patients as control group, receiving nursing intervention of elderly patients as experimental group, compared two groups of elderly patients with psychological state before and after nursing. Results The experimental group patients after nursing intervention, the anxiety score and depression score significantly lower than the control group, comparison between groups, there is significant difference,( P lt; 0.05). Conclusion In order to perform nursing intervention in elderly patients with angina pectoris, can effectively improve the patients mental state, improve the compliance of treatment, have clinical application value. 　　【Key words】Nursing intervention; Old age; Angina pectoris; State of mind 　　心绞痛在心血管疾病中较为常见，主要是由于冠状动脉粥样化发生狭窄使动脉供血不足，心肌缺血缺氧所致[1]。该疾病在老年人群中具有较高的发病率，如果不能及时的控制和治疗，对老年患者的身心健康有着不利的影响。因此，在老年心绞痛患者中实施护理干预显得尤为重要。 本文选择我院自2013年2月至2015年3月期间收治的老年心绞痛患者74例，给予部分老年患者实施护理干预，现将研究结果作如下分析。 　　1.资料与方法 　　1.1 资料分析 　　选择我院自2013年2月至2015年3月期间收治的老年心绞痛患者74例作为本次研究活动调查对象，所有患者经临床诊断后均被证实为心绞痛。按照就诊先后顺序将其平均分为对照组(n=37)和实验组（n=37），对照组患者中，男性患者22例，女性患者15例，年龄范围为58～76岁，平均年龄为（60.5plusmn;6.5）岁。实验组患者中，男性患者25例，女性患者12例，年龄范围为60～78岁，平均
