精品论文 参考文献 护理程序在临床护生带教中的应用 泰州市人民医院北院呼吸内科 225300 【摘要】目的 探究护理程序在临床护生带教中的应用效果。方法 随机将2013年1月~2014年12月在我院实习的74名护生分成观察组和对照组，对观察组采用护理程序带教法，对对照组采用传统带教方法。实习结束后对比两组护生的实践能力和基本素质考评的结果。结果 观察组实践能力的优良率为94.59%，对照组为51.35%，两组数据对比，结果（P＜0.05）为差异有统计学意义；观察组基本素质考评结果的优良率为91.89%，对照组的为54.05%，两组数据对比，结果（P＜0.05）为差异有统计学意义。结论 护理程序能有效提升临床护生的实践能力和基本素质，值得在临床带教中推广及应用。 【关键词】护理程序；临床护生；护生带教 【Abstract】objective：To explore the nursing program application effect in clinical teaching of nursing students.Method：Random will in May 2011 to May 2013 in our hospital internship 74 escort were divided into observation group and control group，the observation group USES the nursing process with law，in the control group with traditional teaching method.After the internship compared two groups of the nursing students practical ability and basic quality assessment results.Result：Observation group practice ability of fine rate was 94.59%，the control group was 51.35%，compared two groups of data，the result（P lt; 0.05）as the difference was statistically significant；Observation group basic quality and fine rate was 91.89%，the results in the control group was 54.05%，compared two groups of data，the result（P lt; 0.05）as the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：Nursing process can effectively improve the clinical nursing students practical ability and basic quality，worthy of popularization and application in clinical teaching.
