精品论文 参考文献 探讨妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退症激素替代治疗后的妊娠结局 巴彦县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心门诊部 151800 摘要：目的 研究分析妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退症激素替代治疗后的妊娠结局。方法 此次研究的对象是选择2013年1月～2015年10月我院收治的30例妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退症患者。将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并对30例患者应用激素替代治疗后的妊娠结局进行研究设定为观察组，30例正常孕妇设定为对照组，对比两组妊娠结局与胎儿情况。结果 观察组30例患者应用激素替代治疗直到足月妊娠生产后，有22例患者为剖宫产，有3例患者为自然分娩，2例流产，2例引产，1例先兆子痫。观察组各项指标（流产、引产及先兆子痫）等明显高于对照组，两组对比差异显著（Plt;0.05）；25例新生儿未见先天甲状腺功能低下、畸形等情况发生；观察组胎儿体重低于对照组，两组对比差异???著（Plt;0.05）。结论 妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退症应用激素替代治疗能预防发生妊娠不良结局，有效降低新生儿发生畸形和先天甲状腺低下等情况。 　　关键词：甲状腺功能减退症；激素；妊娠结局 　　Abstract：Objective To study the pregnancy outcome after hormone replacement therapy in pregnancy with hypothyroidism. Methods the study subjects were selected from October 2015 to January 2013 in our hospital 30 cases of pregnancy with hypothyroidism. The clinical data were retrospective analysis，and the 30 cases of patients with hormone replacement therapy after the pregnancy outcomes of set as the observation group，30 cases of normal pregnant women set as control group，compared two groups of pregnancy outcome and fetal. Results in the observation group，30 cases were treated with hormone replacement therapy until after term pregnancy，there were 22 cases of cesarean section，3 cases of spontaneous labor，2 cases of abortion，2 cases of labor，1 cases of preeclampsia. Observation group indicators（abortion，induced abortion and pre eclampsia）and was significantly higher than that of the control group，the differences between the two groups was significantly（P lt; 0.05）；25 cases of congenital hypothyroidism and malformations of the newborns were not happen；observation group of fetal weight is lower than the control group，the differences between the two groups significantly（P lt; 0.05）. Conclusion the application of hormone replacement therapy in the treatment of pregnancy complicated with hypothyroidism can prevent the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcome，and effectively reduce the incidence of neonatal malformation and congenital hypothyroidism.
