精品论文 参考文献 探讨子宫颈环型电切除术治疗慢性宫颈炎69例临床护理体会 黑龙江省黑河市孙吴县中医院 黑龙江孙吴 164200 摘要：目的：探讨子宫颈环型电切除术治疗慢性宫颈炎69例护理体会。方法：2015年1月~2016年1月，共有69例慢性宫颈炎患者在我院行子宫颈环型电切除术，将其随机列入观察组和对照组进行分组研究。对照组中共计34例患者，观察组中共计35例患者。术前、术中、术后均按照常规对两组患者实施护理，在此基础上，对观察组患者实施全面护理干预。结果：两组患者的手术治疗效果相比，差异不显著（Pgt;0.05）；观察组患者并发症的发生率要明显低于对照组，比较差异有显著性的统计学的意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：在慢性宫颈炎患者实施子宫颈环型电切除术治疗中对其实施全面护理干预，护理效果显著，与以往研究相符。 关键词：慢性宫颈炎；子宫颈环型电切除术；护理 [Abstract] Objective：To investigate the cervical loop electrosurgical excision treatment nursing experience of 69 cases of chronic cervicitis. Methods：2015 ~ 2016 January in January，a total of 69 cases of chronic cervicitis were treated in our hospital，loop electrosurgical resection were randomly included in the observation group and the control group were divided into two groups and studied. In the control group，34 cases were observed in the observation group，35 cases were in the observation group. Before，during and after the operation，according to the routine nursing care of two groups，on this basis，the observation group of patients to implement comprehensive nursing intervention. Results：compared with the results of operative treatment of two groups of patients，the difference was not significant（P gt; 0.05）；observation group of patients with complications in the incidence was significantly lower than that of the control group，the difference have significant statistical significance（P lt; 0.05）. Conclusion：in patients with chronic cervicitis implementation loop electrosurgical excision in the treatment of the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention and nursing effect significantly，consistent with previous studies.
