精品论文 参考文献 探讨尿液潜血检验中尿液分析仪潜血检验与显微镜红细胞计数检验的方法吴丽英 黑龙江省木兰县人民医院 151900 【摘 要】目的：探讨并研究尿液分析仪潜血检验法与显微镜红细胞计数检验法在尿液潜血检验中的应用效果。方法：此次研究的对象是选择我院就诊患者留取的尿液检查标本200份，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并分别采用尿液分析仪潜血检验法与显微镜红细胞计数检验法进行尿液潜血检验，比较两种方法的检验结果。结果：尿液分析仪潜血检验法检测阳性率为23.00%，显著低于显微镜红细胞计数检验法的30.50%（Plt;0.05），以显微镜检结果为标准，尿液分析仪的假阳性率为8.70%，假阴性率为31.15%；而以尿液分析仪法为标准，镜检假阳性率为12.34%，假阴性率为7.14%。结论：尿液分析仪潜血检验法与显微镜红细胞计数检验法的尿液潜血检验结果存在一定的差异，将两者联合应用有利于提高检验结果的准确性。 　　【关键词】 潜血检验；尿液；尿液分析仪；显微镜 [Abstract] Objective：explore and study urine analyzer occult blood test and microscopic erythrocyte count test in urine occult blood test application effect. Methods：the object of the study is selection patients in our hospital from urine specimens were examined 200，their clinical data were retrospective analysis，and urine analyzer occult blood test method and microscopic erythrocyte count test were used to test for occult blood in the urine，to compare the two methods of test results. Results：the positive rates of detection of urine analyzer occult blood test was 23.00%，significantly lower than the microscopic erythrocyte count test 30.50%（P lt; 0.05），to the microscopy results as the standard，the false positive rate of urine analyzer was 8.70%，false negative rate 31.15%；and in urine analyzer method as the standard，microscopic examination of the false positive rate was 12.34%，false negative rate was 7.14%. Conclusion：Urine Analyzer occult blood test method and microscopic erythrocyte count test of urine occult blood test results are different. The combination of them can improve the accuracy of test results. [Key words] occult blood test；urine；urine analyzer；microscopy 尿液潜血检查是一种尿常规检验项目，是临床判断患者尿血的一种直接诊断依据，对于临床诊断泌尿系感染、尿路结石以及部分肾脏疾病具有重要指导价值。显微镜尿液红细胞计数及形态观察是既往尿液潜血检查的主要手段，但耗时较长，操作繁琐。近年来，尿液分析仪逐渐应用于临床，具有操作简便、快速等优点，但其准确性受到仪器性能、检测环境等诸多因素的影响[1]。本研究比较分析了上述两种尿液潜血检验方法的准确性，旨在为临床合理选择检验方法提供参考，现报道如下： 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　随机选择我院就诊患者留取的尿液检查标本200份，其中，112份来自门诊患者，88份来自住院患者。男性101例，女性99例，年龄20-60岁，平均（36.45plusmn;2.31）。 　　1.2 方法 　　所有受试者均按照相关规程正确采集晨尿20
