精品论文 参考文献 探讨并发糖尿病的精神分裂症患者门诊急诊临床特征 陶 红 陶 琦 周忠民 　　山东省淄博市中心医院 山东淄博 255000 　　【摘 要】目的：探讨并发糖尿病的精神分裂症患者门诊急诊临床特征。方法：收集100例患者，根据相关的急诊标准，将100例患者分为精神分裂症急性病情急诊病例与糖尿病急性并发症急诊病例，按照简明精神病量表评分结果与血糖水平进行分组，分组后进行分析比较。结果：100例并发糖尿病的精神分裂症患者中，因为糖尿病急性并发症就诊的有9例，所占比例为9%，因为精神分裂症急性病情就诊的有91例，所占比例为91%。而简明精神病量表的评分结果以及血糖水平对于门诊急诊的影响相比较后无显著性的差异（Pgt;0.05），无统计学意义。结论：糖尿病急性并发症是并发糖尿病的精神分裂症患者门诊急诊的主要原因，应该多加注意。 　　【关键字】并发糖尿病；精神分裂症；门诊急诊；临床特征 　　【中图分类号】R587.1 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1764-8999（2015）7-0611-01 　　To explore the spirit of diabetes mellitus patients in outpatient and emergency department of clinical characteristics of split 　　【Abstract】Objective：To explore the mental disease patients complicated with diabetes outpatient and emergency department of clinical characteristics of split. Methods 100 cases of patients, according to the relevant emergency criteria, 100 patients were divided into acute schizophrenia patients in emergency cases with acute diabetic complications of emergency cases, in accordance with the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale score and blood glucose levels were divided into two groups, group were analyzed and compared. Results of 100 cases of diabetes in patients with schizophrenia, for the treatment of acute complications of diabetes in 9 cases, the proportion was 9%, because of acute schizophrenia patients were 91 cases, accounting for 91%. Differences and the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale score and the level of blood glucose in the outpatient and emergency department after compared no significant (Pgt;0.05), no statistical significance.
