精品论文 参考文献 探讨心电图平板运动试验联合动态心电图诊断冠心病的效果 东宁社区卫生服务中心 157299 摘要：目的：研究分析心电图平板运动试验联合动态心电图与冠脉造影诊断冠心病的效果。方法：此次研究的对象是选取2011年4月-2013年6月在我院拟诊为冠心病的患者180例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机分为动态心电图组、平板运动试验组和联合组，每组60例。动态心电图组和平板运动试验组患者分别使用24h动态心电图和心电图平板运动试验进行诊断，联合组使用24h动态心电图联合平板运动试验进行诊断。与冠脉造影诊断结果进行对比，分析各种方法的临床效果。结果：动态心电图组的敏感性、特异性和诊断一致率与心电图平板运动试验组比较，Pgt;0.05，差异不具有统计学意义；联合组的敏感性、特异性和诊断一致率与动态心电图组和心电图平板运动试验组比较，Plt;0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：心电图平板运动试验联合动态心电图可以提高冠心病的诊断率，值得临床推广使用。 关键词：心电图平板运动试验；24h动态心电图；冠脉造影；冠心病 Abstract：Objective：To study the effect of electrocardiogram treadmill exercise test combined with dynamic electrocardiogram and coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods：the object of the study is selected from 2011 April to June 2013 in our hospital diagnosed of 180 cases of coronary heart disease patients，the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed，and were divided into sets of the dynamic electrocardiogram and treadmill exercise test group and combination group，60 cases in each group. Dynamic ECG and treadmill exercise test group were used 24h dynamic electrocardiogram and treadmill exercise test for diagnosis，combined with 24h dynamic electrocardiogram combined with treadmill exercise test for diagnosis. Compared with the results of coronary angiography，the clinical results of various methods were analyzed. Results：the dynamic ECG group sensitivity，specificity and diagnostic consistent rate compared with electrocardiogram treadmill exercise test group，P gt; 0.05，the difference is not statistically significant；joint group of sensitivity，specificity and diagnostic consistent rate and group dynamic electrocardiogram and treadmill exercise test group，P lt; 0.05，the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion：ECG treadmill exercise test combined with dynamic electrocardiogram can improve the diagnosis rate of coronary heart disease，it is worthy of clinical application.
