精品论文 参考文献 探讨腹腔镜结肠癌手术应用结肠癌不同分期评价 大庆油田总医院 163001 【摘 要】 目的 研究分析腹腔镜结肠癌手术应用于结肠癌不同分期的临床效果。方法 此次研究的对象是选择68例结肠癌患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，其中行腹腔镜结肠癌手术者34例（腹腔镜组），依据分期分为A组8例，B组15例，C组7例，D组4例。开腹手术治疗者34例（开腹组），依据分期可分为A组9例，B组15例，C组6例，D组4例。分析比较两组患者术中及术后情况，并进行随访，比较两组患者3年后的存活率。结果 手术后，腹腔镜组A组、B组、C组、D组不同分期患者在术中出血量、术后镇痛时间、住院时间方面均显著优于开腹组相应分期患者，差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；3年后腹腔镜组总存活率显著高于开腹组，差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论 腹腔镜结肠癌手术对结肠癌不同分期患者疗效好，利于患者早日康复，值得广泛推广。 　　【关键词】 腹腔镜结肠癌手术；结肠癌；分期 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic colon cancer surgery in different stages of colon cancer. The object of this research method is to select 68 cases of patients with colon cancer，the retrospective analysis of the clinical data，including 34 cases of laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery（laparoscopic group）stage，divided into 8 cases of group A on 15 cases of B group，C group of 7 cases，4 cases of group D. Open surgical treatment of 34 cases（open group），according to the stage can be divided into 9 cases of A group，B group of 15 cases，C group of 6 cases，D group of 4 cases. Analysis and comparison of the two groups of patients in the intraoperative and postoperative conditions，and follow-up，compared the two groups of patients after 3 years of survival rate. Results after surgery，laparoscopic group A group，B group，C group and D group in different stages of patients in the intraoperative bleeding volume，postoperative analgesia time，hospitalization time were significantly better than open group stage patients，the difference was statistically significant（Plt;0.05）；after 3 years the total survival rate of laparoscopic group was significantly higher than control group，the difference was statistically significant（Plt;0.05）. Conclusion laparoscopic colon cancer surgery for colon cancer patients with different stages of good efficacy，is conducive to the early recovery of patients，it is worth popularizing.
