精品论文 参考文献 探讨超声乳化白内障吸除人工晶体植入术联合小梁切除术治疗白内障合并青光眼的临床效果观察 东宁市中医院 157299 摘要：目的 研究分析超声乳化白内障吸除人工晶体植入术联合小梁切除术治疗白内障合并青光眼的临床效果。方法 此次研究的对象是选择80例白内障合并青光眼患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者予以超声乳化白内障吸除人工晶体植入术，观察组患者在此治疗的基础上予以联合小梁切除术治疗。观察并记录两组患者的治疗效果及术后并发症发生情况。结果 术后1个月，两组患者的视力、中央房前深度均较术前明显增加（Plt;0.05或Plt;0.01），而眼压较术前明显降低，且观察组患者的改善幅度明显优于对照组（Plt;0.05）；观察组患者的手术并发症发生率明显低于对照组（chi;2=4.11，Plt;0.05）。结论 采用超声乳化白内障吸除人工晶体植入术联合小梁切除术治疗白内障合并青光眼能有效提高视力、降低眼内压、增加中央房前深度，疗效确切，同时手术并发症少，安全性佳，是一种安全有效的手术方式。 关键词：白内障合并青光眼；超声乳化白内障吸除人工晶体植入术；小梁切除术 [Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of cataract combined with glaucoma. Methods 80 cases of cataract patients with glaucoma were selected and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed，and were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in the control group were treated with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. The patients in the observation group were treated with trabeculectomy on the basis of the treatment. Observe and record the treatment effect of the two groups of patients and the incidence of postoperative complications. Results one month after operation，two groups of patients with visual acuity，central front depth were compared with the preoperative increased significantly（P lt; 0.05 or P lt; 0.01）and IOP before operation significantly reduced，and the observation group improved significantly better than the control group（P lt; 0.05）；observation group of patients with surgical complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group（x2 2=4.11，P lt; 0.05）. Conclusion phacoemulsification ceiling in operation in the treatment of cataract combined with glaucoma and intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy surgery can effectively improve visual acuity，lowering intraocular pressure，increase the depth of the central front，curative effect is exact，at the same time，less
