精品论文 参考文献 探讨鼻腔肿瘤的核磁共振成像与CT技术应用 山东省日照市莒县中医医院 山东日照 276599 【摘 要】目的 探讨在鼻腔肿瘤诊断过程中使用核磁共振成像以及CT技术的应用价值。方法 选取我院从2012年12月到2015年12月来我院进行诊断鼻腔肿瘤患者60例，将其随机平均分为观察组和对照组，每组30例，对照组的鼻腔肿瘤患者采取CT技术的诊断方案， 试验组的鼻腔肿瘤患者采取核磁共振成像技术的鉴定方法，对比分析两组技术诊断结果的准确性。结果对照组与试验组诊断均顺利完成，试验组的30例患者之中，总共有24例患者检查效果与手术检查效果吻合，其检查效果的总有效率为80%；对照组的30例患者之中，共有15例患者与手术检查效果吻合，其检查效果的总有效率为50%。试验组与对照组检查效果的总有效率差异显著，具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论 核磁共振成像诊断效果与CT技术诊断效果相比较，更容易显示出肿瘤的骨性成分以及病变骨质的损害程度，而比较能够详细的显示出病变的具体位置，大小以及信号强度等等被侵范围，提高检查有利于肿瘤的诊断准确性。 【关键词】鼻腔肿瘤；核磁共振成像；CT技术 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the application value of magnetic resonance imaging and CT technique in the diagnosis of nasal tumor.Methods in our hospital from December 2012 to 2015 December in our hospital 60 patients with tumor of nasal cavity diagnosed randomly divided into observation group and control group，30 cases in each group，the control group of patients with nasal cavity tumor take the diagnosis scheme of CT technology，The patients in the experimental group were identified by magnetic resonance imaging，and the accuracy of the diagnostic results of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results in the control group and the experimental group diagnosis were successfully completed.The experimental group of 30 patients，a total of 24 cases of patients to examine the effect and operation effect of anastomosis，the examination of the effect of the total efficiency of 80%；control group of 30 patients，a total of 15 cases of patients with surgical inspection results agree，the examination of the effect of the total efficiency of 50%.The experimental group and the control group，the total effective rate of the difference was significant，with statistical significance（Plt;0.05）.Compared conclusion nuclear magnetic resonance imaging diagnosis and CT in the diagnosis of effect，and more likely to display a tumor of bone composition and bone lesions of the extent of the damage，and better able to show detailed lesion location，size and signal intensit
