肛门洗剂对促进混合痔术后创面修复的疗效评价 张全辉 邓永文 江西中医药大学附属医院肛肠科 江西中医药大学临床医学院 X 关注成功！ 加关注后您将方便地在 我的关注中得到本文献的被引频次变化的通知！ 新浪微博 腾讯微博 人人网 开心网 豆瓣网 网易微博 摘????要： 目的:观察肛门洗剂对促进混合痔术后创面修复的疗效。方法:将2016年1月—2016年12月符合标准的70名合格受试者随机分为观察组 (肛门洗剂组) 35例、对照组 (高锰酸钾组) 35例, 观察两组患者术后第1、3、7、14天的创面疼痛、肛缘水肿、肛门坠胀情况。结果:两组比较, 观察组总有效率 (97.1%) 明显优于对照组 (74.2%) , 两组术后第1天肛门疼痛、水肿及坠胀程度评分无统计学差异 (P0.05) ;与本组术后第1天比较, 观察组术后第3、7、14天各症状积分均降低 (P0.05) , 而对照组仅体现在术后第14天低于对照组 (P0.05) 。结论:肛门洗剂可有效减轻混合痔术后疼痛、水肿及坠胀症状, 是促进混合痔术后创面修复安全有效的治疗方法。 关键词： 肛门洗剂; 混合痔术后; 创面修复; 收稿日期：2017-09-03 Evaluation of Anus Lotion in Promoting the Repair of Mixed Hemorrhoid after Operation ZHANG Quan-hui DENG Yong-wen Proctology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine; Clinical Medical College of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine; Abstract： Objective: To observe the curative effect of anal lotion in promoting the repair of mixed hemorrhoid after operation.
