精品论文 参考文献 改良气压止血带的制作与应用 刘华云 张维 徐捷琼 (广东医学院附属西乡人民医院 广东深圳 518102) 【摘要】目的 探讨使用气压止血带时，通过改进止血带袖带制作方法观察改良后的方法对止血效果、使用止血带后皮肤损伤情况及平均操作时间的影响。方法 制作改良的下肢止血带。择期行下肢膝关节及以下部位手术的成年患者100 例，随机分为传统方法组、改良方法组各50例。传统组在患肢大腿上1/3处先用1张石膏棉纸缠绕肢体皮肤，缠上止血带，再用绷带缠在止血带上加以固定；改良方法组将自制改良止血带缠绕在患肢大腿上1/3，将反折面向上反折固定保护止血带。比较两组止血效果、使用止血带后皮肤损伤情况、平均操作时间。结果 两组止血效果差异无统计学意义（pgt;0.05）, 使用止血带后皮肤损伤情况、平均操作时间差异有统计学意义（plt;0.05），改良方法组皮肤损伤发生率、平均操作时间明显低于传统组。结论 使用改良气压止血带可以减少止血带皮肤损伤情况发生，并可缩短操作时间。 【关键词】 改良气压止血带 下肢手术 止血带皮肤损伤 平均操作时间 【中图分类号】R472 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2012）25-0362-02 The manufacture and application of the improved pneumatic tourniquet 【Abstract】Objective Investigate the influence on the effect of haemostasis, the situation of skin injury and the average time of operation by improving the method to make the cuff of the pneumatic tourniquet. Methods Make improved pneumatic tourniquet for lower extremity. Choose 100 maturepatients who have an operation on the knee joint or on the region below recently, divide them into two groups of 50patients randomly. The traditional groupfirstly uses a piece of plastertissu to twist in one thirds of the wounded thigh, twists the pneumatic tourniquet and then fixes them with the bandage; the improved groupuses the improved pneumatic tourniquetto twist in one thirds of the wounded thigh and fixes them by folding the reflexed facet up. Compare the effect of haemostasis, the situation of skin injury and the average time of operation of the 2 groups.
