微信群在孕期护理保健中的应用 徐慧兰 冯海英 南昌市第三医院妇产科 X 关注成功！ 加关注后您将方便地在 我的关注中得到本文献的被引频次变化的通知！ 新浪微博 腾讯微博 人人网 开心网 豆瓣网 网易微博 摘????要： 目的 探讨微信群平台在孕期护理保健中的作用。方法 选取2017年3月在我院已分娩的产妇164例作为研究对象, 随机分为两组, 加入微信群的82例孕妇作为实验组, 利用微信平台公布医院及科室相关信息, 告知各孕期应做产检的时间和项目, 讨论孕期中的问题。未加入微信群的82例孕妇为对照组, 按照传统的医生在孕期保健手册上的写下次孕期检查的时间。比较两组产妇熟悉孕期保健知识的人数、参与孕期各项检查的项目数、在整个孕期来院检查的次数、对医务人员满意度、早期发现妊娠期合并症与并发症的情况。结果 实验组整个孕期来院检查的次数、对医务人员满意度、早期发现妊娠期合并症与并发症明显高于对照组, 实验组对医务人员满意度为96.34%, 对照组为79.17%, 差异有统计学意义 (P0.05) 。结论 微信群的应用可高效传达医院及科室相关信息, 增强了孕妇们参与孕期各项检查的积极性, 孕妇们的孕期保健知识的知晓率得到提高, 可以早期发现妊娠期的合并症与并发症, 并能得到早期治疗和预防, 降低母婴并发症的发生, 提高了护理质量, 使医患关系融洽和谐, 提高了满意度, 增加了医院的经济效益。微信群平台在孕期护理保健中的应用效果较好。 关键词： 微信群; 孕期; 护理保健; 应用; 收稿日期：2017-07-29 Application of Wechat group in the nursing care during pregnancy XU Huilan FENG Haiying Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics, Nanchang Third Hospital; Abstract： Objective To explore the role of Wechat group platform in nursing care during pregnancy. Methods A total of 164 puerpera after delivery in our hospital in March 2017 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups. 82 cases of pregnant women who joined the Wechat group were assigned to the experimental group. Via the Wechat group, hospital and department-related information was published, time and items of antenatal care which should be done during pregnancy were informed, and the problems during pregnancy were discussed. 82 cases of pregnant women who did not join the Wechat group were assigned to the control group. The time of next antenatal care was noted down on the pregnancy health manual according to the doctors.
