炙甘草汤加制水蛭治疗胸痹心痛作用机制、效果及安全性研究 周玉凤 河南省郑州市中医院心内科 X 关注成功！ 加关注后您将方便地在 我的关注中得到本文献的被引频次变化的通知！ 新浪微博 腾讯微博 人人网 开心网 豆瓣网 网易微博 摘????要： 目的 分析炙甘草汤加制水蛭治疗胸痹心痛 (冠心病) 的作用机制、疗效及安全性。方法 将经冠脉造影诊断为冠心病的62例患者随机分成两组, 对照组单纯给予炙甘草汤加减治疗, 实验组在此基础上加用常规剂量的制水蛭, 比较两组治疗前后血脂、心功能及炎性因子变化, 并评价临床疗效。结果 实验组TC、LDL-C、CRR及LVEF等指标改善效果优于对照组 (P0.05) , 且实验组有效率达到93.75%, 明显高于对照组的73.33% (P0.05) , 差异明显。结论 炙甘草汤联合常规剂量的制水蛭具有舒经通络的功效, 对治疗胸痹心痛效果良好, 且毒副作用小, 具有研究推广价值。 关键词： 炙甘草汤; 制水蛭; 胸痹心痛; 安全性; 收稿日期：2017-08-11 Study on the Mechanism Effect and Safety of Zhigancao Decoction Combined with Processing Leech in the Treatment of Chest Obstruction with Pain ZHOU Yufeng Cardiology Department, Zhengzhou City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Henan Province; Abstract： Objective To analyze the mechanism, effect and safety of Zhigancao decoction combined with processing leech in the treatment of chest obstruction with pain ( coronary heart disease) . Methods 62 patients who were diagnosed as coronary heart disease by coronary angiography were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with Zhigancao decoction. The experimental group was treated with conventional dose processing leeches. The blood lipids before and after treatment, functional and inflammatory factors were compared, and the clinical effect was evaluated. Results The improvement of TC, LDL-C, CRR and LVEF in the experimental group was better than that in the control group ( P 0. 05) . The effective rate of the experimental group was 93. 75% which was significantly higher than 73. 33% of the control group ( P 0. 05) . The difference was obvious. Conclusion Zhigancao decoction combined with conventional dose of processing leech has effect of removing obstruction in collaterals, has good effect on chest obstruction with pain and fewer side effects, and has promotion and research value.
