提 要 目的：通过临床研究神经根型颈椎病和椎动脉型颈椎病患者的耳穴电测阳性反应 点，初步探讨相应的耳穴电测阳性反应点对不同分型颈椎病的诊断价值，为临床诊断 颈椎病提供一种简单易行的辅助诊断方法。 方法：研究对象均为山东省中医院针灸科门诊及病房就诊的颈椎病患者和（共 100例）健康者(共30例)，将其分为观察组（有颈椎病者）和对照组（健康人）。通 过对患者进行详细询问，病史采集，结合影像学诊断，做出最终的诊断及分型（将神 经根型颈椎病组设为观察组一，将椎动脉型颈椎病组设为观察组二）；应用耳穴探测 仪沿耳轮—耳舟—对耳轮体部—三角窝—耳甲艇—耳甲腔—对耳屏—耳垂—耳屏依 次滑行探测，从而分析不同分型颈椎病与耳穴阳性反应点的相关性。 结果：1.观察组一与对照组相比，耳穴敏感点中颈椎、肩、指、腕、肘、肾、肝、 皮质下8个穴位经统计学分析有显著性差异（P＜0.05 ）。2. 观察组二与对照组相比， 耳穴敏感点中颈椎、肩、枕、肾、交感、心、神门、内分泌8个穴位经统计学分析有 显著性差异（P＜0.05 ）。3.对观察组与对照组耳穴敏感点相比有显著性差异的8个穴 位进行左右耳耳穴分布的比较，结果耳穴敏感点在左右耳的分布上没有显著性差异。 结论：1.与神经根型颈椎病相关的耳穴电测阳性反应点有：颈椎、肩、指、腕、 肘、肾、肝、皮质下。2. 与椎动脉型颈椎病相关的耳穴电测阳性反应点有：颈椎、 肩、枕、肾、交感、心、神门、内分泌。3. 这两组阳性反应点对神经根型颈椎病和 椎动脉型颈椎病在临床上有辅助诊断意义。 关键词 颈椎病；耳穴阳性反应点；相关性 Research on relationship between electric measurement positive reaction auricular points and nerve root cervical spondylosis and Vertebral artery cervical spondylosis Specialty: Acupuncture and Moxibustion Author: Li Xiaohua Tutor: Prof. Fang Yigong Abstract Objective: To observe auricular electric measurement positive reaction points in diagnosing different types of cervical spondylosis.
