提 要 目的：验证舒筋推拿法为主配合针刺治疗肩周炎急性期的临床疗效，评价其优势 性。方法：将符合纳入标准的60名患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组均30例。 治疗组给予舒筋推拿法为主配合针刺治疗，对照组给予复方辣椒碱贴膏（好及施）外 敷治疗。对治疗前后治疗组与对照组的疼痛评分、肩关节功能及活动度、综合疗效进 行评价。结果：治疗组的有效率为100％，对照组的有效率为86.7％。两组有效率之 间差异具有显著性意义 （p＜0.05）；在减轻疼痛及改善肩关节功能和活动度方面，治 疗组疗效均优于对照组,具有显著性差异 （p＜0.05）。结论：舒筋推拿法为主配合针 刺治疗肩周炎急性期,在减轻疼痛及改善肩关节和活动度方面具有显著疗效，并且安 全无副作用，具有一定的临床实用价值。 关键词 肩周炎急性期 ；舒筋推拿法 ；临床观察 Clinical Research on Relieve Muscle Massage Method and Acupuncture in Treatment of Periarthritis of Shoulder the acute phase Specialty: Massage and Acupuncture Author: Zhang Xiaoyan Tutor: Wang Yongquan Abstract Objective: This topic research aims to verify relieve muscle massage method and acupuncture treatment of periarthritis of shoulder the acute phase of clinical curative effect, and to evaluate its advantage to make the clinical can widely spread and application.
