提 要 目的：通过临床研究，观察舒筋通络推拿法结合腕踝针疗法治疗肩周炎的临床 疗效，并探讨其作用机理。方法：本课题筛选肩周炎患者 90 例，随机分为治疗 组、推拿组和腕踝针组。每组 30 例，分别进行治疗。治疗结束，通过观察比较三组 患者治疗前后肩部疼痛、肩关节功能和肩关节活动度评分变化，对本研究方法的疗 效予以评价。结果：总有效率：治疗组（100﹪）高于推拿组（93.3﹪）和腕踝针组 （90﹪），但无显著性差异（P＞0.05）；治愈率：治疗组（46.7 ﹪）优于推拿组 （16.3﹪）和腕踝针组（13.3﹪），有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。治疗后疼痛、功能 和活动度等指标的组间比较也具有显著的统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：舒筋通络 推拿法结合腕踝针疗法治疗肩周炎疗效显著，且痛苦小，容易被患者接受，值得推 广。 关键词 肩周炎；推拿；腕踝针；临床观察 Clinical Observation on the Treatment of periarthritis of shoulder by “Shujin Tongluo”massage with Wrist ankle acupuncture therapy Speciality：Acupuncture and Massage Author ：Qin Houwei Tutor：Prof. Yu Juan Abstract Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of periarthritis of shoulder treated by “Shujin Tongluo”massage with Wrist ankle acupuncture therapy and its mechanism by clinical research.
