提 要 目的：观察舒心方治疗冠心病（气虚血瘀型）左室舒张功能减退的临床疗效，并 探讨其部分作用机制，验证舒心方治疗冠心病（气虚血瘀型）左室舒张功能减退的临 床疗效。 方法：随机选择冠心病（气虚血瘀型）的患者 60 例，分为实验组 30 例和对照组 30 例。分别给予舒心方和芪参益气滴丸治疗，4 周为一疗程，一个疗程后观察疗效。 结果：冠心病治疗总有效率试验组为 70.0%，对照组为 56.7%，试验组优于对照 组（P＜0.05）；中医证候改善情况，试验组总有效率 90.0%，对照组为 66.7%，试验 组优于对照组（P＜0.01）；超声心动图疗效，试验组总有效率70.0%，对照组总有效 率46.6%，试验组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论：舒心方是临床上治疗冠心病（气虚血瘀型）的一个安全、有效的中药方剂， 能明显改善胸闷、气短、胸痛、乏力等临床症状，有效改善患者心电图，改善超声心 动图指标，其作用机理可能与扩张冠状动脉，改善心肌缺血、抗凝、降低心肌耗氧量、 改善动脉粥样硬化的危险因素等有关。本试验提示：益气活血通脉是治疗冠心病（气 虚血瘀型）的有效方法。 关键词 冠心病（气虚血瘀型）；舒心方；左室舒张功能；临床研究；中医药治 疗 Shu xin prescriptions treatment of coronary artery disease (qi deficiency and blood stasis) left ventricular diastolic function to drop clinical research Speciality：Internal medicine of TCM Author ：Zou Zhihao Tutor：Pro.Su Wen Ge Abstract Objective：Observe shu xin prescriptions treatment of coronary artery disease (qi deficiency and blood stasis) left ventricular diastolic function to drop the clinical curative effect, and discusses their part of the action mechanism, validation shu xin side treatment of coronary artery disease (qi deficiency and blood stasis) left ventricular diastolic function to drop the clinical curative effect. ： Methods Random selection of coronary heart disease (qi deficiency and blood stasis) were 60 cases, divided into the 30 cases and 30 cases in.
