精品论文 参考文献 早期乳酸清除率对ICU重症感染者预后的影响分析 青岛市中心（肿瘤）医院 重症医学科 266000 通讯作者：王敬东 单位 青岛市中心（肿瘤）医院 重症医学科 摘要：目的:探讨早期乳酸清除率对ICU重症感染者预后的影响，为早期乳酸清除率对ICU重症感染者预后的影响。方法:选取2013年2月-2016年2月在医院接受治疗的104例ICU重症感染患者作为此次研究对象，根据患者生存情况，分为生存组和死亡组，根据患者乳酸清除率情况分为高乳酸清除率组和低乳酸清除率组，分析比较生存组和死亡组的观察项目情况，分析比较高乳酸清除率组和低乳酸清除率组，分析比较不同程度乳酸清除率的情况。结果:生存组中第二代急性生理学和慢性健康状况评分（APACHEⅡ）、入住ICU血液乳酸含量、6h血液乳酸含量明显低于死亡组；入住6h后血液乳酸清除率明显好于死亡组，两组之间差异显著，具有统计???意义（P＜0.05）；高乳酸清除率组的死亡率明显低于低乳酸清除率组，两组之间差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；乳酸清除率越高，患者的死亡率越低，随着乳酸清除率的升高，患者死亡率随之下降，组间差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论:早期乳酸清除率对ICU重症感染者预后的效果显著，乳酸的早期清除率能对ICU重症感染者的预后进行评估，同时乳酸清除率维持在一个较高的水平能有效的提高ICU重症感染者的生存率。 关键词：早期乳酸清除率；ICU重症感染者；预后；影响分析 【中图分类号】R473【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1001-5213(2016)08-0360-02 Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of early lactate clearance rate and prognosis of severe ICU infection, early lactate clearance rate effect on the prognosis of severe ICU infection.
