精品论文 参考文献 早期老年性格林-巴利综合征13例治疗效果观察 宋莉 郝永楠 (济宁医学院附属医院神经内科 272000) 　　【摘要】目的:观察免疫球蛋白对早期老年性格林-巴利综合征的临床治疗效果，寻找更为合适的临床治疗方式。方法：26例老年性格林-巴利综合征患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各13例，观察组患者给予大剂量免疫球蛋白治疗，对照组给予地塞米松冲击治疗，同时两组患者均给与维生素B族、改善血液循环、营养神经及对症支持基础治疗。治疗20天后观察两组患者的肌力恢复情况。结果：观察组患者的临床有效率(84.6%)明显高于对照组(53.8%)，且具有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。结论：免疫球蛋白治疗早期老年性格林-巴利综合征的临床疗效明显优于激素冲击治疗，且不良反应较小，安全性较高，是目前治疗该病的首选治疗措施。 　　【关键词】 老年性格林-巴利综合征 免疫球蛋白 地塞米松 临床疗效 　　【中图分类号】R592 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-5085（2014）04-0020-02 　　13 cases of early senile guillain-barre syndrome treatment effect is observed 　　【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the immune globulin for early clinical therapeutic effects of senile guillain-barre syndrome, to find a more suitable way of clinical treatment. Methods: 26 cases of senile patients with guillain-barre syndrome were randomly divided into obser 　　-vation group and control group, each group of 13 cases of observation group was treated with high-dose immunoglobulin, the control group given dexamethasone impact treatment, at the same time two groups of patients were given vitamin B group, improve blood circulation, nutrition and suit the support base treatment. Treatment in 20 days observing two groups of patients with muscle recovery. Results: the observation group of patients with clinical efficient (84.6%) is significantly higher than the control group (53.8%), with statistical significance (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of early senile guillain-barre syndrome clinical curative effect was better than hormone shock therapy, and less adverse reaction, high security, is the preferred treatment for the treatment of the disease. 　　【Key words】 senile guillain-barre syndrome Immune globulin Dexamethasone Clinical curative effect 　　格林-巴利综合征是一种急性起病，以神经根、外周神经损害，伴脑脊液中蛋白一细胞分离为主的神经疾病，其发病机制目前尚不明确，临床认为与患者免疫异常有关，病理表现为炎症细胞浸润及髓鞘脱失[1]。其治疗方式现在主要有补充免疫球蛋白、激素及血浆置换等，我院自2011年12月至2012年12月共收治老年性格林-巴利综合征患者26例，分别给予补充免疫球蛋白及实施激素治疗，效果存在差异，现报告如下。 　　1 资料
