精品论文 参考文献 柏连松教授熏洗I号方促进混合痔术后创面愈合的临床研究 1.上海市普陀区桃浦镇社区卫生服务中心 上海 200331； 2.上海市普陀区中医医院 上海 200062 【摘 要】目的：探讨柏连松熏洗I号方湿热敷治疗混合痔术后促进创面愈合方面的疗效。方法：病房选取90例混合痔手术病人，随机分成三组，分别于熏洗I号方湿热敷、熏洗I号方传统熏洗、空白对照组治疗。记录三组的住院时间及创面水肿、疼痛数据，比较三组的疗效。结果：熏洗I号方湿热敷有效达73.33%，有效23.33%，平均住院天数17.98plusmn;2.44天，与另两组相比，Plt;0.05，具有统计学意义。结论：柏连松教授熏洗I号方湿热敷法具有促进混合痔术后创面愈合的临床疗效。 【关键词】柏连松教授；中药熏洗；湿热敷；混合痔术后 【中图分类号】R657.18 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1764-8999（2015）7-0642-02 The clinical study to treat postoperative wound swelling and promot wound healing of combined hemorrhoid with TCM fumigation of Bailian song N0.1 prescription LIU Chen ZHANG Jieying Health Service Center of Taopu Community, Putuo Area, Shanghai, 200331 Chinese Medicine Hospital, Putuo District, Shanghai, 200062 【Abstract】Objective：To examine the effect of hot-wet compression with TCM fumigation for postoperative wound swelling and promoting wound healing of combined hemorrhoid.Methods: We selected 90 cases of combined hemorrhoid surgery patients in ward who were randomly divided into three groups,respectively,the hot-wet compression treatment of TCM fumigation with Bailian song N0.1 prescription,the traditional fumigation treatment of TCM fumigation with Bailian song No.1 prescription and the controlled group. We recorded the date of hospital stay,wound edema and painment,and then compare the efficacy of three group.Results:There was about 73.33% patients who was cured and about 23.33% was effective in the group of hot-wet compression treatment of TCM fumigation with Bailian song No.1 prescription.It is statistically significant compared with the other two groups because the number of P is lass than 0.05.Conclusions: The hot-wet compression treatment of TCM fumigation with Bailian song N0.1 prescription can improve postoperative wound swelling of combined hemorrihoid and promote wound healing effectively. 【Key words】Professor BaiLian-song；TCM fumigation；Hot-wet compression；Postoperation of combined hemorrhoid 痔是直肠粘膜下和肛管皮肤下的静脉丛发生扩张、
