县城义务教育资源均衡配置的实证研究--_--以新县为例.pdfVIP

摘要 和谐社会的构建需要和谐的教育，特别是在义务教育阶段，国家应该为所有的适龄 儿童提供相对均衡和公平的教育机会。在加快推动农村社会经济发展的大前提下，首先 要加快农村义务教育的发展，缩小城乡义务教育的差距，统筹规划农村中小学布局，均 衡区域内义务教育资源，使农村地区、偏远地区学生也能享受同等的优质教育，为农村 经济发展提供强大的动力。 如何均衡地配置义务教育资源，成为当前教育界研究的热点。本文以笔者的家乡一 一河南省新县的义务教育资源配置为研究样本，对县域义务教育资源配置进行实证调查 与分析，并提出相应的对策与建议，试图为新县义务教育发展提供参考，也是对义务教 育均衡理论的丰富。 全文共分为四个部分：第一部分，导论，介绍了研究背景、目的和意义、文献综述、 思路与方法；第二部分，对义务教育资源均衡配置的内涵和关系进行梳理：第三部分， 对新县义务教育资源配置状况进行了调查，对非均衡发展的危害和原因进行分析；第四 部分，针对义务教育资源均衡配置存在的问题，提出了相应的对策。 关键词：县域；义务教育资源；均衡配置 ABSTRACT Theconstructionof harmoniousshouldbebased society onharmonious inthe education，especially of eduction．Thestateshould stagecompulsory balancedand educational providerelatively equitable forall children．Undertheenvironmentof opportunitiesschool‘age socialandeconomic promoting inrural the development ofrural areas，speedingup development the compulsory education，narrowinggap betweenurbanandrural aSawhole compulsory therural andmiddle education，planning primary school areaeducation layout，andbalancing resources the ruralorremote obligations，makesstudents，in areas， canalso thesame education enjoy and a forrural highquality providestrongimpetus economic development． Howtobala
