精品论文 参考文献 椎-基底动脉支架置入成形术对后循环供血障碍治疗研究 陈飚1，2 杜彦李2 （通信作者） 　　（1 内蒙古民族大学医学院 2012级研究生 内蒙古 通辽 022150） 　　（2 内蒙古民族大学第二临床医学院 内蒙古 通辽 022150) 　　【摘要】目的：探讨椎-基底动脉狭窄支架置入成形术（Vertebral - basilar artery stenosis stent angioplasty）对后循环供血障碍治疗的安全性、有效性及评价其治疗价值。方法：对于诊断明确的椎-基底动脉狭窄患者60名，随机分为血管内支架置入成形术治疗组及内科药物治疗组，对比分析两组治疗效果及预后结果。结果：支架置入成形术是治疗椎-基底动脉狭窄的有效方法，内科治疗可发生TIA、后循环梗死等并发症。结论：椎-基底动脉狭窄支架置入成形术安全可靠，可明显降低围手术期并发症，能给后循环供血障碍患者带来更好远期预后，可以提高患者的生存质量，减少并发症，降低死亡率。 　　【关键词】后循环供血障碍；椎-基底动脉支架置入成形术; 动脉粥样硬化 　　【中图分类号】R471 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）05-0020-03 　　Vertebral - basilar artery stenting keratoplasty for the treatment of posterior circulation blood disorders research Chen Biao.Inner Mongolia National University School of Medicine, Tongliao 022150, China; Du Yanli. Methods Clear to the diagnosis of vertebral basilar artery stenosis of 60 patients, randomly divided into intravascular stent angioplasty treatment group and the internal medicine treatment group, compared two groups of therapeutic effect and prognosis. Results Angioplasty stent implantation is an effective method for treatment of vertebral - basilar artery stenosis, medical treatment can happen TIA, complications such as posterior circulation infarction.
