精品论文 参考文献 浅析急诊患者磁共振检查时护理体会 大庆龙南医院 163453 摘要：目的 研究分析急诊患者在进行磁共振检查中的护理的重要性。方法 此次研究的对象是选择2013年1月～9月263例进行磁共振检查的急诊患者护理经过，根据疾病特点及病情程度进行归类，并针对护理干预情况对磁共振检查所得图像分析。结果 263例急诊患者磁共振检查中，均未发生病情急剧加重等不良情况。其中意识清醒能够主动配合检查组48例：护理干预和非护理干预1级图像比例为89.47%和75.86%（Pgt;0.05）；意识清醒不能主动配合检查组132例：护理干预和非护理干预1级图像比例为94.05%和18.75%（Plt;0.05）；意识不清醒检查中无自主运动组37例：护理干预和非护理干预1级图像比例为90.91%和88.46%（Pgt;0.05）；意识不清醒检查中存在不自主运动组46例：护理干预和非护理干预1级图像比例为94.59%和11.11%（Plt;0.05）。结论 良好的护理干预在急诊患者的磁共振检查中有重要价值，可以大大提高磁共振图像质量。 关键词：护理；磁共振成像；急诊；危重患者 Abstract：Objective To study the importance of nursing care of emergency patients in magnetic resonance examination.Methods in this study，the object is to choose a 2013 January to September in 263 cases of magnetic resonance imaging（MRI）of the emergency care of patients after，which was classified according to the characteristics and the severity of disease and for nursing intervention on magnetic resonance imaging（MRI）obtained from the image analysis.Results 263 cases of emergency patients with magnetic resonance examination，all did not occur a sharp increase in the severity of the disease.The conscious to actively cooperate with the inspection group（48 cases）：nursing intervention and non nursing intervention ratio of level 1 image was 89.47% and 75.86%（P gt; 0.05）；consciousness can not take the initiative to meet the inspection group（132 cases）：nursing intervention and non nursing intervention ratio of level 1 images for 94.05% and 18.75%（P lt; 0.05）；consciousness is not clear check no autonomous motion group（37 cases）：nursing intervention and non nursing intervention ratio of level 1 image was 90.91% and 88.46%（P gt; 0.05）；consciousness is not clear check exist in involuntary movement group 46 cases：nursing intervention and non nursing intervention ratio of level 1 image 94.59% and 11.11%（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion good nursing intervention in emergency patients with magnetic resonance examination has important value，can greatly improve the quality of magnetic resonance image.
