精品论文 参考文献 炎琥宁与利巴韦林治疗手足口病疗效比较 安良敏1 安维2 包国良1 （1广东省英德市人民医院 513000;2广东省英德市医院 513000） 【中图分类号】R725.1【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085（2011）40-0030-02 【摘要】目的 比较炎琥宁与利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病疗效。方法 将120例小儿手足口病患者随机分为二组，炎琥宁组给予炎琥宁5～10mg/kg.d，5%葡萄糖注射液100ml，静滴，1次/d；利巴韦林组给予利巴韦林10 mg/kg.d，5%葡萄糖注射液100ml，静滴，1次/d；疗程7d，比较二组患者临床疗效与症状改善时间。结果 炎琥宁组退热时间为（2.20plusmn;1.22）d，口腔溃疡及手足疱疹消失时间为（3.98plusmn;1.18）d，痊愈时间为（4.56plusmn;1.42）d，明显短于利巴韦林组的（3.86plusmn;1.36）d、(5.12plusmn;1.32) d、(6.58plusmn;1.52) d，二组差异有统计意义(Plt;0.05)。炎琥宁组痊愈29例，显效18例，有效11例，总有效率为96.7%，利巴韦林组痊愈10例，显效19例，有效20例，总有效率为81.7%，二组差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。二组患者均未见明显不良反应。结论 炎琥宁治疗轻中度小儿手足口病的有效率高，症状缓解更快，值得临床推广应用。 【关键词】炎琥宁 利巴韦林 手足口病 【Abstract】 objective to compare inflammation Hu ning and ribavirin therapy pediatric HFMD curative effect.
